Ammar Mehdi Khan is the founding member of Khan Law PLLC. He focuses his practice on Family-based and Business Immigration, as well as Business law.

Mr. Khan has a variety of clients based overseas and have operations in the United States; these clients bring many people to the United States on various different types of visas, including investor visas. Mr. Khan arrived with his family to the United States at age 14 and firmly believes in helping immigrants from all walks of life find equality and freedom in the land of the free. Having lived in four countries, Mr. Khan understands the needs, social norms and aspirations of Immigrants.

Mr. Khan has experience working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan auditing compliance of its various departments to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Mr. Khan has represented clients to get licensed as home health care providers and complying with audits. Earlier in his career, Mr. Khan also worked at the Office of General Counsel for a home care franchise where he worked extensively with ADA and HIPPA compliance.

Mr. Khan has assisted clients in their business operations; including the drafting buy-sell agreements, business entity formations, and commercial lending documentation. He has also prepared various business contracts, including licensing agreements, distribution agreements, consulting contracts, and shareholder agreements. Mr. Khan assists with real estate negotiations and assisting his clients with leasing and management of their real estate holdings. Mr. Khan's clients include Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Mr. Khan believes that all his clients, no matter how big or small, deserves the best legal representation.
